Administrative Affairs Audit/Audit

The city council can audit the administrative affairs of executive organs for up to 9 days during the first regular meeting session every year and inspect those organs through motions with the signature of over a third of those enrolled and by resolution in a regular meeting for any specific matters concerning administrative affairs of the relevant local authority.
If required, the city council can request a field inspection, a submission of documents, or the mayor, relevant government officers or those who are responsible for relevant administrative affairs to attend a meeting and express opinions, or to testify as a witness under oath.
A city council can accuse those who perger perjure themselves or penalize those who are requested to attend, but decline or reject testifying or making a statement without any acceptable reasons.
